How do you use a magic mushroom culture vial?

Spores, mycelium, and psilocybin mushrooms are not difficult to cultivate, but they are very susceptible to contamination by various types of bacteria. Therefore, it is very important to keep everything sterile and ensure that the vial does not become contaminated with bacteria.

Wash your hands (preferably with antibacterial soap) and wipe the culture ampoule with a clean wet cloth. It is best to clean and disinfect it with an alcohol wipe.
Clean and sterilize the workspace.
Loosen the cap of the growth ampoule (just a little, don't open it!). This prevents a vacuum from forming in the ampoule when you remove the spores.
Remove the syringe from its sterile packaging. Ensure the syringe and needle do not become contaminated with bacteria or dirt.
Insert the needle through the rubber seal of the vial and slowly fill the syringe with trace amounts of liquid.
The filled syringe is now ready for use; you can inoculate the selected substrate.
Allow cultivation at room temperature in the substrate, try to ensure there are no large fluctuations in day/night temperature. Avoid direct sunlight.
In the coming days, the mycelium will become visible and later the mushrooms will begin to grow.
